StudioPilot is a product of Spongecake LLC. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit the public StudioPilot website or use the public product walkthrough.

Browsing the website

The public website has no account registration or inquiry form. We do not include advertising or advertising trackers. Our website and walkthrough do not set application cookies; Cloudflare’s security features may use cookies as described below.

Hosting, security and analytics

Cloudflare hosts, delivers and protects the website and walkthrough. It processes network information, such as IP addresses and browser request information, to deliver pages, maintain availability, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems. Security checks may use cookies to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic or remember a completed challenge.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured for studiopilot.us to measure visits, page views and page performance, with automatic analytics script insertion excluding visitors from the European Union. We use these measurements to understand website use and improve its performance. The walkthrough itself does not add analytics scripts.

Contacting us by email

Email links open your email application. If you send a message, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you include. We use this information to respond, communicate with you and maintain relevant business or support records. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or sensitive member information.

The product walkthrough

Lumen Studio and its sample records are fictional. Navigation, filtering and practice changes run in your browser. Practice changes remain in page memory and reset when you reload; the walkthrough does not use persistent browser storage. It does not create an account, change real studio records, connect to live application providers or access an application database. Cloudflare’s network processing also applies when you load the walkthrough.

Service providers and retention

We use Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery, protection and analytics, and Microsoft 365 to receive and manage email correspondence. These providers process information needed to provide their services.

Infrastructure and analytics information is retained according to the services and settings used for website operation, security, measurement and troubleshooting. We retain email correspondence as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve issues or meet legal obligations. We do not promise deletion after a fixed number of days.

The StudioPilot application

This notice applies to the public website and product walkthrough. It does not govern studio accounts, member accounts or studio operational records. Those activities are covered by the privacy and service documents presented within the StudioPilot application.
